Precision Cabinets, a leading custom cabinet manufacturer, is seeking a Director of Production Sales to drive revenue growth, margin performance, and long-term partnership with production and luxury home builders. This senior leader owns market strategy, customer relationships, and the revenue plan for the Production Sales division.
About the Role
The Director of Production Sales is responsible for expanding market share, developing pricing and option strategies, and building a strong pipeline that supports annual and multiyear growth. This role is highly sales focused, outward facing, and central to positioning Precision Cabinets as a premium, high value partner.
Key Objectives
Grow shipped revenue and gross margin for the Production division
Deepen relationships with high-end and option driven builders
Develop competitive pricing, bidding, and product option strategies
Build and manage a forward-looking sales pipeline

Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Leadership
Secure new production and luxury builder accounts
Build executive level relationships with key decision makers
Represent the company at industry events and builder forums
Monitor regional housing trends and competitive activity
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Own annual revenue targets and pipeline strategy
Lead bidding strategy for early stage and conceptual projects
Develop option and upgrade packages to increase job value
Create account level growth plans to expand volume and margin
Pricing & Margin Strategy
Maintain structured pricing models aligned with margin goals
Analyze win/loss data and market trends to improve bid quality
Partner with Finance and Executive Leadership on pricing strategy
Customer Experience & Retention
Serve as executive sponsor for Production Sales accounts
Ensure alignment between customer expectations and company capabilities
Lead resolution of major commercial or contractual issues
Leadership & Internal Alignment
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Finance to ensure accurate bids and operational alignment
Support internal teams in delivering on customer commitments
Forecasting & Performance Management
Own the Production Sales forecast and revenue outlook
Track KPIs including shipped revenue, gross margin, win rate and average job value
Qualifications
Required
8+ years progressive B2B sales leadership in building products, construction, or manufacturing
2+ years people leadership
Proven success driving multi-million dollar revenue growth
Expertise in pricing strategy, bid management, and margin optimization
Strong executive presence and relationship building skills
Solid financial and commercial acumen
Preferred
Experience selling to production or luxury home builders
Familiarity with option-driven or highly customizable product offerings
Background in manufacturing-to-order or engineered-to-order environments
BS/BA Degree in a related field is preferred but not required
Benefits & Compensation
The company intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay range of $190,000 -$250,000 with the potential for additional financial incentives. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, profit sharing and the Company's 401(k) plan.
