This organization has a long-standing reputation for operational stability and values employees who contribute to building strong teams and processes.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a high-volume Recruiter to support hiring efforts across multiple locations. This role requires someone who can manage a fast-paced workload, maintain compliance with employment regulations, and deliver a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple requisitions at once.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer facilitationSupport high-volume hiring needs across assigned facilities and business units (typically managing ~30 active requisitions)Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across manufacturing, industrial, and administrative rolesBuild and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needsServe as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and responsive experience throughout the hiring processReview applications and conduct initial screenings via phone or videoPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruiting strategiesEnsure all hiring practices adhere to federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance standards (including OFCCP and EEO)Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system and support reporting needsRespond to candidate and internal inquiries, escalating more complex issues as neededParticipate in broader talent acquisition initiatives and special projectsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field requiredMinimum of 2 years of recruiting experience within manufacturing environments requiredAdditional experience supporting industrial and/or corporate roles preferredPrior experience working within organizations that follow EEO compliance standardsFamiliarity with federal and state employment regulations, including OFCCP requirementsUnderstanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hire to exit)Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; UKG experience strongly preferredExposure to reporting tools, dashboards, or basic analytics is a plusStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsPerksOpportunity to work with a stable and growing organizationExposure to high-volume, multi-site recruiting operationsCollaborative team environment with strong leadership supportPotential for long-term opportunity based on performanceCompetitive benefits package offered within the first month of employmentAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
