Our experience, stability, and robust infrastructure make us the partner of choice for brokers, asset managers, hedge funds, and prop trading firms.About the Role:We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer based in an EU country to strengthen our product engineering team and contribute to several business-critical platforms. In this role, you will work across backend and frontend, take ownership of key features end-to-end, and help maintain a high standard of code quality, performance, and scalability.What You Will Do:Design, implement, and maintain features across Laravel APIs and React/TypeScript applicationsCollaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutionsImprove performance through efficient data access, caching strategies, and asynchronous processingWrite and maintain automated tests using PestParticipate in code reviews and support continuous improvement of engineering standardsContribute to deployment workflows and development environments using Docker and GitLabSupport production troubleshooting using Loki/Grafana and structured logging practicesWho We Are Looking For:Strong commercial experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer (Laravel + React)Proficiency with PHP and modern backend development in LaravelSolid frontend experience with React and TypeScriptStrong understanding of software engineering principles (Clean Code, SOLID, KISS, DRY)Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and performance-minded developmentPractical knowledge of Redis (caching; queues is a plus)Comfortable working in a Docker and GitLab environmentOwnership mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to work independentlyEnglish: B2 (Upper intermediate), Russian (strong advantage)Nice To Have:Familiarity with payment platforms/financial systemsExperience working in FinTech industryExperience with observability practices and dashboards in Grafana (alerts/queries)What You Will Get:21 days of annual leaveFriday finish work at 16:006 days of paid sick leaveBirthday, new-born, and wedding allowanceBonus scheme based on company and individual performancePersonal development training allowanceWhy Join Us:This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing FX trading company.
