Project Manager

Job duties Oversee each assigned project.Ensure construction work complies with contract requirements and meets project scheduleReview construction project plans, specifications, and shop drawingsIssue Purchase Requests to buy raw materials for fabrication.Process RFI, and change ordersManage and schedule shop drawing processing, shop fabrication, and field installationCommunicate and coordinate with clients and inspectors to ensure project is progressing smoothlyAttend construction site meetingsCost control to maximize the profitTrain and allocate different projects to Project EngineersBasic Requirements:Bachelor degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or equivalentGreat attitude towards individual performance and teamwork.Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.Able to understand Architectural Drawings and Structural Drawings.Able to read and write clearly and concisely in English to describe technical / mathematical / geometric / spatial objects and situations.Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceOpportunities for advancementPaid time offVision insurancePerformance bonusSemiannual bonus
