The University has six academic schools, including Georgia's flagship aviation program, that support its mission to educate and graduate inspired, lifelong learners whose scholarship and careers enhance the state.Job SummaryMiddle Georgia State University (MGA) is seeking candidates for Parking Student Assistant.ResponsibilitiesEnforce parking regulations for all MGA parking lots and parking spaces in an objective, unbiased manner.Work with the Police department and any necessary personnel to tow, boot, and ticket parking violators on campus.Ability to pay attention to detail; ability to use logical thinking skills on a daily basis to perform all required tasks.An objective, fair working technique is necessary in order to enforce parking lots within compliance of Police standard operating procedures and parking policies. Required QualificationsMust be a current enrolled Middle Georgia State University Student.Must be enrolled in 6 or more semester hours per semester.Must have a GPA of 2.0 or greater.Must have flexibility in class schedule to allow for at least 10 ¿ 19 work hours each week.
