This includes automotive, discrete and process manufacturing within the region. Accountable for both direct consulting and influenced revenue and profitability targets.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Establish credentials as a trusted advisor with customer stakeholders in manufacturing.Responsible to grow the Consulting Services business in the region/specific accounts, with shadow P&L responsibility.Set up vision, strategic goals and lead execution for the business in the region/accounts.Work with internal stakeholders (Regional sales teams, global competence teams) to develop and execute an annual business planEngage with internal sales and account teams to support account goals and targets through proactive proposals and RFP responses.Own and drive presales activities for Consulting Services & Offerings.Required to lead/co-ordinate project deliveries across various accounts/ engagements leading teams of digital/technology strategists, analysts, consultants etc to ensure achievement of goalsEvaluates market best practices to identify & propose/develop services for the specific needs of the account/regionIdeate with customers to create innovative proposals around business problemsActively contribute through previous experience, best practice and thought leadershipHire/ Motivate existing consulting team to meet business goalsDrive Consulting marketing agenda in the accountsEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:Experience as Sr. Manager/ Director in a Consulting firm of reputeTrack record of delighting clients through outstanding consultative work, ideally in Digital/technology strategyExperience of working at the front end of technology solution-ing building use cases and business caseExperience leading workshops for complex problem solving using approaches like design thinkingExperience building up a consulting team (hiring/mentoring etc)Deep expertise in strategize, design and value realization across specific areas of manufacturing value chain leveraging technology and data. ( areas of interest include future of manufacturing, engineering product transformation, product as a service, supply chain etc)
