Job DescriptionConstruction SuperintendentI am seeking a highly organized Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This full-time role reports to management and plays a critical part in coordinating field activities, managing resources, and driving project success.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & PlanningDevelop and manage project schedules, milestones, and look-ahead plansOversee daily construction operations and maintain accurate daily reportsReview submittals, shop drawings, and contract documentsCoordinate workflows to ensure alignment with project requirementsOn-Site CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact for field operationsCollaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teamsLead site meetings and proactively resolve project challengesCost & Resource ManagementMonitor field costs and ensure work stays within budgetOptimize workforce productivity and equipment utilizationSupport change order reviews and subcontractor payment validationSafety & ComplianceEnforce OSHA regulations and company safety policiesConduct regular safety inspections and promote a safety-first cultureMaintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job siteQuality Control & CloseoutEnsure adherence to quality standards and corporate QC proceduresIdentify and address issues proactivelyManage punch lists and support timely project closeoutQualifications5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent (commercial required)OSHA 30 certification requiredStrong knowledge of construction scheduling, field operations, and cost controlExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, Autodesk, Bluebeam, and similar toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentValid driver’s license required; must pass background check and drug screeningBachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
