The Opportunity: Leadership, Growth, and Collaboration
We are looking for a visionary physician to serve as a key leader in our dedicated OB/GYN team. You will practice in a supportive, hospital-employed outpatient clinic located within walking distance of the main hospital.
Be the Program Anchor: Play an integral role in the growth and development of our clinic's OB/GYN services, with a clear path to leadership and influence.
Collaborative Team: Work alongside a collegial group including 2 FMOBs, 1 Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist, 3.5 Midwives, and 2 Nurse Practitioners.
Comprehensive Services: Enjoy a balanced 60% OB / 40% GYN case mix.
Schedule: Focus on work-life balance with 2.5 clinic days and 1.5 OR days per week.
Procedures: Perform a wide range of procedures, including laparoscopy, hysterectomy, ablation, myomectomy, hysteroscopy, colposcopy, LEEP, and urogynecology.

Unbeatable Compensation & Benefits Package

Lucrative Earning Potential:
Base Salary: $400,000
Metric-Based Incentives: Up to $50,000
Sign-On Bonus: $75,000
Relocation: Up to $15,000
RVU Model: Excellent upside with a threshold of 7,353 RVUs and $54.40 per excess RVU.
Work-Life Balance and Time Off: Generous 27 days of PTO/CME/Holidays.
CME: $7,000 allowance.
Call Schedule: Manageable 7 10 days per month with robust support from OB hospitalists and midwives, ensuring a collaborative coverage model for genuine work-life balance.
