Title: Strategic Sourcing/Logistics Analyst III Pay Rate: $52+/hour on w2Duration: 12 months assignmentLocation: San Jose, CA 95134 (Hybrid - at least 3 days per week)MUST be bilingual (English and Korean)DescriptionThe SCM (Sourcing & Commercial Manager) for Direct Materials is responsible for consignment material supply, inventory control, and services for the Solidigm SC&P organization. This role works closely with suppliers on terms and conditions to meet business requirements and owns negotiations related to pricing, capacity, allocation, and business terms to ensure supply continuity and delivery.Responsibilities: Develop and manage internal and external relationships to provide sustainable cost, quality, availability, and technology solutions while adhering to procurement policiesPartner with a diverse stakeholder base to lead and develop multi-year commodity strategies based on business and market intelligence, long-term category analysis, and supply ecosystem insightsAcquire and maintain industry, market, and technical knowledge of commoditiesLead supplier sourcing, selection, and performance management initiativesNegotiate purchasing contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and pricing for goods and servicesDrive cost-saving opportunities in partnership with suppliers and stakeholders to meet business objectivesBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth inventory operationsDevelop new supply chain models for new or existing products and services as neededQualifications: Candidate MUST be bilingual (English and Korean)Bachelor’s degree or higher in sourcing, procurement, supply chain management, or a related field5+ years of proven experience in commercial sourcing, vendor management, or a related field preferred.Candidates with 3+ years of strong, relevant experience and demonstrated potential will also be consideredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong sense of ownership with the ability to drive work through completionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsBilingual proficiency in English and KoreanApplicant Notices & DisclaimersFor information on benefits, equal opportunity employment, and location-specific applicant notices, click hereAt SPECTRAFORCE, we are committed to maintaining a workplace that ensures fair compensation and wage transparency in adherence with all applicable state and local laws.
