This role is responsible for delivering excellent member service while accurately processing financial transactions and maintaining cash drawer integrity.Key Responsibilities:Process daily member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and paymentsHandle cash and checks with a high degree of accuracyBalance cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shiftAssist members with account inquiries and provide basic account informationDeliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer service in all interactionsNavigate internal systems to complete transactions and update account detailsRequired Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactionsExcellent face-to-face customer service skills with a personable, professional demeanorPrior cash handling experience (e.g., retail cashier, restaurant, or similar role)Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systemsPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in financial services or bankingExperience with check scanning or deposit capture systems#INAPR2026
