Mortgage Disclosure Risk Manager

Mortgage Disclosure Risk Manager leads the Initial Disclosure function and manages disclosure risk, policy, and compliance in a full-time remote position. Key Responsibilities Oversee the Initial Disclosure team and daily pipeline management Manage disclosure policies and procedures related to RESPA, CFPB, and regulatory guidelines Serve as a subject-matter expert for investor and program requirements Required Qualifications Experience leading disclosure or risk functions within mortgage operations Strong knowledge of disclosure compliance, regulatory requirements, and investor guidelines Demonstrated leadership and team management experience Advanced proficiency with Encompass LOS Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting cross-functional teams
