Computer Systems Analyst
Woolly Bugger Solution is looking for a Computer System Administrator to provide equipment technical support to Headquarters STARCOM personnel at Patrick Space Force Bases, FLJOB TYPE: Full-TimeSTARTING DATE: ASAP PRIMARY DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES: We have a full-time Computer System Administrator position that provides technical support for communications equipment, peripherals, network, and software. Provide technical guidance in use of Microsoft Windows, peripheral/shared drive mapping, browser compatibility/configuration for web-based systems, and proposed technical solutions after troubleshooting error messages or other issues. Guide customers to the vESD link on their desktop and give instructions on how to open a ticket with the Communications Focal Point (CFP). OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE:- Provide support to STARCOM HQ location at Patrick SFB, FL. - Provide support and resolve issues computer networks and equipment.- Provide systems accounts for NIPRNET and SIPRNET workstations and provide systems support. - Set up or modify user access to the classified internet and e-mail accounts. - Troubleshoot any connectivity or configuration issues. - Support users with movement of data from classified to unclassified systems. Provide cell phone support. Required Experience/Skills: • An active TS//SCI clearance is required for this position • Security + Certification • 3+ years of experience supporting DoD communication networks • Knowledge of USAF, US Space Force Information Technology policies and procedures • Accustomed to professionally working with senior leaders. • Experience with providing technical guidance to users • Ability to multi-task with high-quality products in high-tempo, collaborative environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to meet deadlines and deliverables with minimal guidance EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Security +; BA/BS or MA/MS desiredSECURITY CLEARANCE: Top Secret / SCI RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Deep experience in initiating and/or developing Government specified content for USSF programs. Experience in providing strategic advice, technical guidance, analysis and recommendations for mission and program challenges.
