LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Work Wingman is looking for LPNs who are interested in working in a LTC setting for our client located just north of Warrenton, OR! License reimbursement is available! Pay range starts at $35.00 per hour and increases with experience**** Schedule: 12 hour Day and Night shifts are available,, client prefers 3 on and 3 off schedule. Additional Compensation: Shift differential is available on evening, night and weekend shifts. Travel allowance, sign on and relocation bonuses may be available for the right candidate, Required: BLS/CPR, OR LPN license and 3+ years of licensed experience Preferred: recent LTC/SNF experience Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Provide basic life support and patient service to individuals in need. - Utilize EMR and EHR systems for accurate patient care documentation. - Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology and physiology in daily tasks. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all medical documentation. - Perform catheter care as required with precision and attention to detail. ***Applicants must meet or exceed experience requirements posted above in order to qualify for this position and the pay scale listed within this job description.
