About the JobMIG Welder - Steel Fabrication (Full-Time).Location: 182 Scio Rd. S.E. Carrollton, Ohio 44615.Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience).JOMAC, Ltd is the premier builder of custom truck bodies and equipment in the United States. We specialize in steel and aluminum truck bodies, truck-mounted cranes, and custom fabrications. We're looking for a skilled Steel MIG Welder to join our growing team and help us build heavy-duty equipment in a clean, friendly shop environment.Responsibilities:Perform MIG welding on steel components (primarily flat, some vertical welds).Lay out, position, and secure parts according to basic blueprints and shop drawings.Use power tools (circular saw, band saw, air impacts, air/electric drills, grinders).Use hand tools and measuring tools with precision.Read and interpret drawings and specifications.Ensure weld quality meets industry and company standards.Qualifications:1+ year of MIG welding experience (steel fabrication preferred).Strong tape measurement and blueprint reading skills.Proficiency with both power and hand tools.High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).Commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality workmanship.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly pay: $20.00 - $25.00, based on experience.Benefits package, including:Paid time off including sick, personal and holiday.Performance Evaluations.Retirement plan with up to 3% company matching by UBS.Work Schedule:Full-time, 8-hour shifts.Monday - Friday, Day Shift.Why Join JOMAC?At JOMAC, you'll have the opportunity to build custom trucks and equipment that stand out across the U.S..
