Technical Program Manager

Title: Technical Program Manager – TPM Location: Bellevue, WA - On-siteDuration: ContractJob DescriptionThe candidate must be dynamic committed and capable of preparing tracking managing the Program schedules Should have very good experience in project program management Experienced working with the customer and other stakeholders The work involves business operational and transformational workBelow are the requirements for this Role: Experience in handling CMS projects (Sitecore, WordPress, AEM, or similar platforms)Strong experience with web technologies (.Net, React, CSS, Angular, etc.)Experience with cloud platforms (primarily Azure; AWS or GCP also acceptable)Experience in leading AI projects (optional, but highly valued)ResponsibilitiesLead complex technology projects involving Microsoft technologiesCoordinate with cross functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budgetCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels from engineers to executivesIdentify risks and issues and proactively drive their resolutionManage project resources and budgetEnsure alignment between technology and business strategyQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field6 years of experience in technical program management preferably in a Microsoft technology environmentGood understanding of Microsoft technologies including but not limited to Azure NET SharePoint Azure DevOps and Dynamics 365Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsGood to haveGood knowledge of cloud computing services and AzurePower BI and Power Apps knowledgeUnderstanding about software agile methodology for continuous quality improvement mechanisms that keep raising the bar for our customersGood to have experience in Content management or publishingMandatory Skills: Project Financial Management, Project Planning, Risk/Crisis Management, Schedule Management
