Senior Backend Engineer

Improve the quality of internal software by reshaping legacy areas. Own reliability and performance by identifying bugs & issues and improving the company UX with attainable outcomes. Mentor junior engineers, leading by example and sharing best practice. Work with a variety of teams across the organization, mainly product & design to ensure requirements are clear and executed successfully. Be a great communicator and collaborator, working with team members on code reviews and shared problem solving.What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 5-10+ years Java development & backend engineering experience. Expertise in Java and experience with at least 1 additional backend and frontend language. Experience improving legacy codebases and automated testing. Microservices architecture knowledge and expertise.
