Senior Backend Engineer

Improve the quality of internal software by reshaping legacy areas and implementing modern solutions. Own reliability and performance by identifying bugs & issues and enhancing the user experience. Mentor junior engineers, leading by example and fostering a collaborative environment. Work closely with product and design teams to ensure clear requirements and successful execution. Communicate effectively and concisely across multiple time zones in a fully remote setup.What You'll Need A minimum of 5, ideally 7-10+ years of Java development and backend engineering experience. Expertise in Java and experience with at least one additional backend and frontend language. Proven experience in improving legacy codebases and automated testing. Strong knowledge and expertise in Microservices architecture. Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
