You will ensure a seamless and efficient process for patients undergoing urological procedures, from initial scheduling through post-operative care. Every day you will perform crucial pre-operative and post-operative data entry, assemble chart materials, and meticulously provide patients with all necessary information regarding their upcoming procedures. To be successful in this role, you will possess meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a steadfast commitment to patient-centered service are crucial for managing complex schedules, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating a positive surgical journey for our urology patients.Job RequirementsTwo (2) years experience in a medical office environment with knowledge of medical surgical terminologyExcellent communication skillsAbility to use a computerStrong organizational skillsThe ability to work under pressureThe ability to participate as a member of a teamReliability and punctualityExcellent customer service and public relations skillsExperience/certification in department specialty may also be requiredExperience with IBM/Cerner/IDX applicationsVirginia Mason Franciscan Health has a rich history of providing exceptional healthcare, dating back to 1891.
