Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team and work in an air conditioned weld shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Tig welding. Duties Perform welding tasks using various techniques to ensure structural integrity of assemblies. Utilize tools such as micrometers to measure and verify dimensions of fabricated parts. Conduct pipe threading operations to prepare materials for assembly. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Run machines in the machine shop when necessary. Requirements Proven experience in welding. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Experience operating forklifts and cranes is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
