The company offers opportunities to contribute to the future of high-performance imaging within a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Program Manager role based in Camarillo, CA. The Program Manager will oversee end-to-end program execution for advanced imaging products, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. The role includes coordinating cross-functional teams in R&D, engineering, operations, and business functions to ensure milestones, quality standards, and customer requirements are met. The Program Manager will manage stakeholder communication, prepare program status reports, and lead regular reviews with internal leadership and external customers. Daily responsibilities also involve budget tracking, process improvement, and supporting proposal development and contract management for new and ongoing programs.Qualifications Program and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, and budget oversight.Stakeholder and customer management skills, including clear communication, expectation setting, and status reporting.Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams in R&D, engineering, or product development environments.Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Knowledge of product development life cycles; experience with hardware or imaging systems is highly beneficial.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physical sciences, business, or a related field; advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.Experience working with defense, aerospace, or high-tech commercial customers is advantageous.Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, innovation-driven lab and engineering environment.
