Direct Support Professional DSP

Job Description Pinnacle Support Services We’re hiring reliable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities through our Supported Living Services (SLS) program.Responsibilities: Help clients with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, budgeting, transportation).Support withhousing searches , move-in coordination, and maintaining stable housing.Assist withjob searches , applications, and building work skills.Teach and model independent living and problem-solving skills.Help clientsnavigate community resources(IHSS, SSI, food banks, etc.).Provide health and safety support, medication reminders, and crisis response.Complete daily service logs and communicate updates to supervisors.Requirements: High school diploma or GED.Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and insurance.CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).Able to pass DOJ background check.Compassionate, patient, and professional.Pay:$19–$21/hour (based on experience) Location:Altadena/Pasadena Area Schedule:Full-time and part-time shifts available (24-hour rotation coverage)Company Description Pinnacle Support Services empowers adults with developmental disabilities to live independently with dignity and inclusion.
