Warehouse Lead

Description About Us: Bernick's is a 5th generation family-owned provider of beverages, vending and food solutions, representing leading brands such as Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Miller Brewing Company and New England Coffee. We service locations in greater MN and western WI. Job Summary: This position is responsible for safe, accurate and efficient handling of products in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities:Operate forklift equipment to safely load, unload, and transport products within the warehouse.Accurately stock, organize, and rotate inventory in accordance with company standards.Pick, pack, and fulfill orders while meeting established accuracy and productivity benchmarks.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)Monday-Friday, 7:30AM - 3:30PMNo holidays or weekends RequirementsMust be at least 18 years of ageForklift certified or the ability to obtain forklift certification requiredLift and/or move up to 165 lbs, occasionally up to 2,500 lbs using applicable equipment.Repetitively bend, lift, twist, while moving product around the warehouseTravel may be required as part of this role to support various Bernick's locations, events, or business needs. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be conducted as part of the hiring process and evaluated in relation to the requirements of the role.
