As an employer, we seek to provide an environment of growth and development for our employees that is consistent with recognizing the rights, needs, and wants of all people.Purpose:To assist people with intellectual and developmental disabilities with community integration and connecting them with local resources.Qualifications:Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug ScreeningsMust possess a valid Driver's License with all necessary endorsements and have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Psychology, Social Work, or related fieldExcellent verbal, written and presentation skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work extremely well as part of a team.Ability to work well under pressure and manage sensitive situations with tact, kindness, and professionalism Essential Functions: Builds and maintains relationships with members of the community.Plans, implements, and organizes events and volunteers to advance the mission and goals of the company.Organizes community outreach programs.Uses social media to coordinate community relations.Responds to inquiries from stakeholders.Plans, coordinates, and executes special events for the people we support.Performs other related duties as assignedSR84A5This position will remain open until filled.
