KLX Energy Services is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fleet Coordinator to support our fleet operations and Fleet/DOT compliance activities in Oklahoma City. This position plays an important role in helping ensure company vehicles, equipment, and documentation remain compliant, organized, and operationally ready to support field operations.This role works closely with the Fleet & DOT Manager, field leadership, drivers, and operations personnel to support vehicle registration, maintenance tracking, DOT documentation, permitting, and compliance reporting. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple administrative and compliance-related responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain current registrations, titles, permits, and related documentation for commercially registered vehicles and equipmentPrepare and file IFTA reports in compliance with state and federal requirementsManage IRP registrations and annual renewals for company vehiclesAssist with DOT and FMCSA compliance activities to help ensure company operations meet federal and internal requirementsSupport vehicle maintenance tracking, reporting, and data entry within fleet management systemsPerform data auditing and reconciliation using Microsoft Excel to ensure accuracy and complianceCoordinate and maintain compliance documentation for tractors, trailers, pickups, and other fleet equipmentAssist with DOT audits, inspections, and recordkeeping activitiesSupport field management and operations personnel with fleet and compliance-related administrative needsMonitor and organize vehicle files, inspection records, permits, and compliance documentationCommunicate with internal personnel regarding compliance requirements, documentation, and deadlinesPerform general administrative and office support duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent preferred0-2 years of administrative, fleet, transportation, compliance, or related experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and WordStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectivelyStrong verbal and written communication skillsValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to work effectively with personnel at various levels of the organizationPreferred Qualifications2+ years of experience supporting DOT, FMCSA, transportation, or fleet compliance activitiesExperience working with vehicle registration, permitting, or fleet administrationFamiliarity with Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) systems and reportingPrevious experience supporting field operations or oilfield service environmentsExperience assisting with DOT inspections, audits, or compliance documentationPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periods while working in an office environmentAbility to use a computer, telephone, and other standard office equipmentOccasional lifting, filing, or movement of office materials and recordsOccasional travel or company driving may be requiredAbout KLX Energy ServicesKLX Energy Services provides a broad range of technical solutions and equipment across the wellsite lifecycle, including drilling, completions, production, workover, and plug and abandonment services.
