The role focuses on translating complex employees data into clear, actionable insights that support HR, HRBPs, Business leadership, Plant leadership, and business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPeople Analytics & InsightsWork with client People analytics team to develop new products for HRBPs / Busienss stakeholdersDrive adoption of these products internally within the organization by conducting trainings and discussions with business stakeholdersDevelop the roadmap for AI / Gen AI implementations in P&O analytics across the organizationIdentify what new initiatives / programs can be implemented in the continuous people analytics journey in the organizationData Governance & QualityEnsure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of people data across HRIS, attendance, and biometric systems.Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and uphold ethical use of employee data.Stakeholder CommunicationPresent insights and recommendations in a simple, business-friendly manner to HR leaders, plant heads, and senior management.Act as a trusted analytics partner to HR and operations teams, translating data into decisions and actions.Required Skills & Experience8-10 years of experience in HR Analytics, HR MIS, or People Analytics roles.Strong hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel; experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with HRIS and attendance systems preferred.Experience on Workday HRIS is mustWorking knowledge of AI and Advanced Analytics tools like Claude / ChatGPT, AI Agent development, NLP etcSolid understanding of HR metrics and workforce dynamics in a manufacturing environment.Basic knowledge of statistics and analytical techniques.Behavioral CompetenciesStrong analytical and structured problem-solving mindset.Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.Comfortable working with messy, incomplete, or inconsistent data sets.Strong communication skills and ability to influence non-technical stakeholders.High standards of ethics, fairness, and data privacy.C5i is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
