We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator who is searching to do what they'll love - supporting all Learning & Development activities! The qualified person has at least 1 to 3 years of high-volume travel booking experience and is a raving fan of the Trader Joe's concept. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Education is strongly preferred. This role is based in our office in Monrovia, California.
The Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for:
Supporting all Learning & Development activities across the company by overseeing all administrative program tasks, and ensuring they are completed on time, accurately, and with current information.
Provide administrative support to the Trader Joe's University operations and serve as the point of contact including but not limited to: supporting all travel for Trader Joe's University participants (airfare, Uber, shuttles) , scheduling training sessions, submitting lunch orders, and coordinating catering, and handling inquiries.
Manages training email account and routes training requests to the appropriate point of contact.
Provides a WOW customer experience to Mates and Captains who are participating in TJU sessions nationwide.
Maintain and order supplies and equipment.
The Requirements are:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or Education or in related fields.
1 to 3 years of experience with a focus on Human Resources administration or Learning & Development.
Experience booking high-volume travel and coordinating travel schedules.
Adept with a variety of multimedia platforms and methods, Including a Learning Management System and Canva.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent follow-up, follow through, ability to pivot at a moment's notice.
