We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team and support our growing organization.Job SummaryThe HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing the HR functions of Nation Security. This role involves handling a variety of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will be a people-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring. Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Employee Relations Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Foster a positive work environment and promote effective communication between staff and management. Mediate and resolve conflicts within the workplace in a fair and consistent manner.Performance Management Assist in the development and implementation of performance evaluation processes. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding performance expectations and feedback. Help identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.Compliance and Record Keeping: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance data. Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies as needed.HR Policy Development Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role. Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
