General Manager/Restaurant Manager

Duties:
- Manage the restaurant's front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring seamless delivery of food and beverage service to guests.
- Oversee the kitchen and cooking team, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standard and that kitchen operations are efficient and organized.
- Supervise bartenders, waitstaff, and other hospitality staff members, providing guidance and training to help them achieve their full potential.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Manage the restaurant's budget, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and that the business is profitable.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve team skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among all staff members.
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Ensure that the restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage conflicts and provide support to staff members as needed.
Skills:
- Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant management role.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques.
- Proven experience in team management and staff training.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and finances effectively.
- Experience with food service and hospitality software.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality standards.
- Certification in food safety and handling is a plus.
- Bartending and cooking skills are essential for this role.

Pay: $51,007.00 - $54,049.00 per year
