Civil Project Manager / Estimator A Lafayette excavating firm is looking for a Civil Project Manager - Estimator with 5+ years of experience to join their expanding team. Must have experience managing excavation, piping, dirt work projects, but can estimate them too. Civil Project Manager / Estimator Responsibilities: Ensure project is completed on time and within budget Information transfer to field crews Prepare realistic estimates from owner plans & specifications Procure major supply items - storm structures, pipe, sanitary and water, traffic control, excavating, sitework Monitor & report job productivity Project closeout Maintain good client / subcontractor relationships Civil Project Manager / Estimator Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in construction or related field preferred Reliable transportation 5+ years of project manager experience w/ 3 years of estimating experience Proven experience in civil project management and estimating Good communication skills Positive and productive work attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Compensation Package: Bonus opportunities Performance bonus Schedule: Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Are you signatory to a union or have been in the union?
