Industrial Security Specialist (Junior) with Security Clearance

The International Industrial Security Specialist shall support the customer in establishing security requirements for OCONUS Maintenance Repair Overhaul & Update (MRO&U), Depot, and Supply Warehouse facilities for assigned operations. Duties include, but not limited to:SHIP AND SITE - The contractor shall provide Industrial Security support under this TO. This includes the management and oversight of all activities performed to support the protection of classified information developed by or entrusted to U.S industry operating under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).Brief and coordinate SAP and collateral security requirements for USAF, USN, USMC, and international bed down sites and provide accurate data at all 35%, 65% and 95% design reviewsCommunicate secure facility construction and accreditation technical security standards and provide accurate data at all 35%, 65% and 95% design reviewsMaintain and monitor security activities at bed down locations until facilities receive accreditationIdentify security clearance and SAP access requirements at bed down locationsAssist the services in defining facility and infrastructure requirement to meet F-35 bed down for all sitesCoordinate and participate in the development of CONUS and OCONUS FacilitiesRequirements Documents (FRDs) and document results down for all sitesCoordinate and participate in the development of CONUS and OCONUS FacilitiesRequirements Documents (FRDs) and document results Professional Business FunctionsAbility to constructively engage and resolve challenging situationsAvailable to work before/after typical office hoursIndependent self-starter, proactive and professional assertiveEffective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literateProficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Strong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to multitask Qualifications Required Skills (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the Supply Chain Risk Management, DoD Directives, IC Directives, and NISPOM.In-depth knowledge of the JAFAN series security requirements Travel RequirementsAbility to travel to CONUS and/or OCONUS locationsLimited travel within the regionMust have active US passport for OCONUS travel requirements ClearanceTop Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility required and current within the last five yearsSubject to a random counter-intelligence scope polygraphs as a condition of access eligibility.
