Make Money!”Position SummaryWe are looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused account manager who will own a book of business, manage client relationships, and ensure long-term satisfaction and renewals. This person will oversee the full scope of marketing services provided to their clients, with a special focus on running, optimizing, and reporting on Google Ads campaigns. This role requires staying up to date on the evolving dental marketing landscape and ensuring clients view Gargle as a trusted partner in growing their practices. ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage a portfolio of client accountsOwn the Paid Ads campaigns/results for assigned clientsEnsure clients have a proper Ad Spend Budget to hit their new patient goals and see successOversee all Gargle products/services(need a strong understanding of Google Ad and Meta ads) being used by clients and ensure they are delivering valueBuild strong, trusted relationships with clients through consistent communication and transparencyProactively identify opportunities for improvement and renewal across accountsProvide performance insights and recommendations to clientsStay updated on industry and dental marketing trends to provide clients with relevant strategiesDocument client activity and maintain accurate records in Salesforce (or other internal systems)SkillsProficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube campaigns)Strong communication and presentation skills with clientsOwnership mentality — takes initiative and accountability for client successOrganizational and time management skillsProblem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situationsAbility to manage multiple client priorities with attention to detailFamiliarity with digital marketing concepts beyond ads (SEO, social, websites, etc.) is a plusMinimum Qualifications5-7 years of experience managing digital ads, ideally with Google AdsStrong background in client-facing account managementB2B or service industry experience preferredHigh school diploma or GED requiredProficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work from Gargle’s Lehi office at least three days per week (remote considered for out-of-state candidates with strong experience)Preferred QualificationsDental or healthcare industry marketing experienceBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldGoogle Ads certification(s)Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platformsExperience working in an agencyPosition BenefitsHybrid workplace or Remote (out-of-state) modelUnlimited DTO (Discretionary Time Off)Health insuranceDisability insurance – long-term/short-term (employer-paid)Life insurance (employer-paid)401 (k) plan with matchOptional Flexible Spending AccountOptional Dental and Vision InsuranceOptional Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity InsuranceWellness Reimbursement Program
