Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of coding and denials teams to ensure productivity and quality standards Direct and evaluate assigned personnel, including performance management and training Monitor coding-related payor rejections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Required Qualifications High School graduate Certified Coder: CPC, CCS-P 3+ years of supervisory experience 3+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role Extensive knowledge of coding principles and third-party billing processes
