You will perform a variety of clerical and administrative support functions to support multiple office locations, as well as remote workers.Responsibilities:As the Director of First Impressions, you are responsible for:Greeting ClientsManage the front desk area and processesAnswering/making phone callsManaging appointments and calendars for staffManaging document in/out flow for clients dropping off/picking upProject set-up and assist with Project ManagementScanning and filing of documentsRetrieve and sort mailPrep banking deposits and take to bankFedEx/UPS dropoffsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and ExcelOrganizational skillsAbility to multitaskComputer skillsA friendly, positive attitude is a must!Qualifications, Experience & Requirements2+ years of experience providing administrative or clerical support preferred but wiling to trainHigh School Education or GEDJob Type:ContractFull TimeDISCLAIMERThis job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected by the successful applicant.
