Work closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and design intent. Utilize 3ds Max + V-Ray, Enscape, Rhino, Photoshop and After Effects to produce photorealistic renderings andanimations. Optimize workflows and techniques to ensure efficient production of visualizations. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in visualization software and techniques. Collaborate with the design team to explore different design options and concepts through visualization.CompanyComprising a cohort of thirty-five designers hailing from diverse cultural, social, and educational backgrounds, STLarchitects is currently immersed in diverse projects. Our employee handbook describes inmore detail our policies.Business HoursRegular business hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; however you will be expected to accommodate your assignments ifthey require additional hours. Due to the ongoing COVID19 pandemic, we offer a flexible work arrangement thatincludes the ability to work from home on Mondays and Friday’s, however, STL strongly encourages you to be in theoffice as much as possible.Paid VacationAfter 4 months of employment, 1.54 hrs per week, equivalent of 80 hrs per 12 months of employment. Youcan use vacation time ahead of the end of the calendar year not to exceed your maximum 80 hrs per year.However, if your employment is terminated either by you or STL, your last salary payment would reflect anadjustment to compensate for used vacation time in excess of the accrued yearly weekly vacation time. Anyunused vacation time at the end of a calendar year cannot be carried over to the following year.Paid Sick / Excused Time40 hours per year. Sick or excused time off can not be used in lieu of vacation time, and any unused timecan not be carried over to the following year.
