Equipment Maintenance: Direct maintenance personnel to perform preventative maintenance and resolve complex machinery failures.Safety & Compliance: Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with safety standards and internal operational protocols.Team Leadership: Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to foster a performance-based culture centered on accountability and teamwork.Continuous Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing initiatives and best practices to improve throughput, quality control, and cost efficiency.QualificationsExperience: 5+years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, specifically within the steel product manufacturing industry.Technical Expertise: prefer hands-on, working knowledge of:Pipe and tube millsSlitting machineryRoll-forming equipmentTooling changeovers and equipment maintenanceEducation: Manufacturing/industrial training is preferred.Skills: Must be proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, and possess strong skills in problem-solving, strategic planning, and employee relations.
