Drive Test Engineer

*Roles and Responsibilities:* * Plan and execute drive test campaigns across designated geographic areas to collect network performance data * Operate and calibrate diagnostic tools and electronic testing equipment to measure signal strength, quality, and coverage * Analyze test results using specialized software to identify network deficiencies or interference issues * Conduct root cause analysis on network problems, collaborating with engineering teams to develop effective solutions * Interpret electrical schematics, circuit boards, and electronic systems diagrams to troubleshoot hardware components * Document test procedures, findings, and recommendations clearly in detailed reports for stakeholders.
