10+ years of professional experience in UI/UX engineering, front-end development, ordesign-system architecture.Proven experience as a Lead Engineer, UI/UX Lead, or Front-End Technical Lead.Expert-level proficiency in React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Strong background in UI/UX design, including user flows, wireframing, prototyping, andpattern creation.Demonstrated experience building scalable, reusable component libraries and designsystems.Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications in AWS cloud infrastructure.Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization,and cross-browser compatibility.Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tooling.
