Role Description Clinic based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at Behavioral Fluency located in Henderson, NV. The RBT will be responsible for implementing ABA therapy and behavior intervention programs designed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). The RBT will collect data, assist with assessments and progress monitoring, and collaborate with the treatment team and families to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
