Role Description
Clinic based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at Behavioral Fluency located in Henderson, NV. The RBT will be responsible for implementing ABA therapy and behavior intervention programs designed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). The RBT will collect data, assist with assessments and progress monitoring, and collaborate with the treatment team and families to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
Schedule
Full Time: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 6:00
Part Time: Monday - Friday 12:00 - 6:00 or 3:00 - 6:00

Qualifications
Experience working with children
RBT certification (BACB and Nevada)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of ABA principles
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Patience, compassion, and a genuine interest in working with children
