Data Center Technicians/Low Voltage Installers/Electrical Apprentice

Job Title: Low Voltage Cable Puller/Technician (Data Center or Commercial Environment) Shift: 1st Location: Meridian MS Duration: 6+ month contract Start Date: 7/28/2026 Pay Rate: W2 – Based on experience Job Summary/Responsibilities: Cable Pullers will have general labor experience (electrical/telecom experience preferred) Pull, route, label and terminate cable (fiber optic experience a plus) Install and terminate low voltage and fiber optic cable Install cable racks, j-hooks, inner duct, and other related structures Install servers, switches, PDUs into server racks according to specifications Install ladder racks, networking equipment and telephone equipment Perform testing and troubleshooting of cabling Prior construction and commercial experience preferred Candidates must have their own telecom hand tools for cabling (Punch down, snips/wire strippers, crimpers, and basic toner/tester preferred) Candidates must have their own safety gear set (hard hat, vest, boots, gloves, glasses) Good attitude Ability to follow directions Ability to analyze and solve problems for troubleshooting Experience with pulling fiber and doing cross-connects highly preferred Flexibility to work additional shifts if required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
