About TMS Titanium
We are looking for a part time administrative assistant in the city of Poway to help support the Director at TMS Titanium, a metal company that has been in business for 18 years. QuickBooks experience is a HUGE plus. Will help support the office staff if anyone else is out of office / busy day (invoicing, UPS labels) File AR/AP Credit Applications Capture credit card payments Outlook AR\AP (must give daily updates on past due invoices) ((collections)) Answer phone, must have phone etiquette Coffee runs Data Entry There may be times where we will need you to work past 5 hours, if someone is out. This position can potentially turn Full Time as we continue to grow ... for now this role will be 4-5 hours MON - FRI . Looking for someone with great personality, and someone who is willing to learn. Pay Rate: $20 - $ 24 Hour: 7:30 am - 12:30 pm (Training: 8 am - 1pm) No Benefits for part time employee
Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform Final Reviews of work orders to ensure everything is in place as required.
2. Review Purchase Orders prior to release-Check ASL to ensure Supplier is listed. If not inform Quality Director to set up the Supplier for approval.
Oversee and maintain compliance of ISO and AS9100 Programs or Reports
3. Initiate NCMR’s when they occur and submit to Quality Director
4. Provide Quality Director with monthly Receiving Insp. Logs at the beginning of each month.
5. Keep the Inspection Log up to date.
6. Maintain the quarterly On-Time Delivery Report
7. Gather PM records quarterly and send them to Quality Director.
8. Instruct Warehouse to perform monthly verification reports that the Quality Director sends each month and scan and return them to the Quality Director once completed.
9. If necessary, assist to facilitate any new Corrective Actions that require implementation.
10. Perform any other duties that may arise as required.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 is a PLUS
Titanium Knowledge
Ability to manage business crisis
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work under a great deal of uncertainty or unpredictability

Salary
$63,000 - $89,000 per year
