Job Description:Acorn Wellness + Aesthetics (a division of Seven Oaks Women’s Center) is agrowing wellness + medical/aesthetics spa located in the Medical Center of SanAntonio, TX. We are seeking a talented Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantwith a passion for helping patients achieve their goals. We are looking for anoutgoing individual with a proven drive for success, a desire to learn and grow,and a dedication to providing the utmost care to their patients. The ability to workindependently to develop and provide a treatment plan as well as being a teamplayer is a requirement. The ideal candidate should have experience in HRT,Weight Loss, Women’s Intimate Care procedures, and Aesthetics.Duties:• Manage and address hormone imbalance symptoms with bioidenticalhormone replacement therapy (BHRT)• Manage a medically directed Weight Loss Program• Injections (B12), (toxins, fillers, etc.)• BHRT Pellet dosing and insertion• Patient Charting• All physician-related duties• Medical compliance• Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, bioidentical hormone replacementpellets• Establishing a cosmetic injectable and wellness plan that meets patients’goals all while providing 5-star customer service• Maintain professional appearance and uphold ethical standards• Comply with professional, clinic, and legal standards and ensure up-to-datelicensing• Be a brand ambassador!• Engage in social media, business development, and networking events• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in the fieldQualifications:• Passion & interest in Medically directed Weight Loss• Passion for Aesthetics – Injections, Lasers, Skincare• Reliability & dependability• Interest in Women’s intimate care treatments• Ability to be educated, knowledgeable, and confident in selling anddiscussing various products and techniques• Empathy, great bedside manner• Strong knowledge of electronic medical record systems• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively• Current, active license and in good standing with medical board
