Electrical Engineer (Test and System Integration )

Job Description We are looking for an Electrical Engineer. In this role, you will apply core engineering principles and utilize your technical experience to develop robust test plans and procedures that ensure components and systems meet performance requirements and comply with regulatory standards. Responsibilities * Develop, execute, and refine test plans and procedures to evaluate the feasibility and performance of design parts and components. * Create data settings, test specifications, validation standards, and test schedules. * Prepare, configure, and operate test equipment to conduct moderately complex system and component tests. * Document, summarize, and maintain detailed test results, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and completeness. * Analyze and interpret test data to predict performance trends, identify risks, and determine potential failure modes. * Communicate findings through clear written reports and formal presentations to cross-functional teams. * Recommend design modifications and propose corrective actions based on test outcomes and engineering analysis. Essential Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering * Strong proficiency with electrical engineering principles, test equipment, and validation methodologies. * Hands-on experience developing and executing test procedures for automotive or similar systems. * Demonstrated ability to independently set up tests, perform testing, and produce detailed technical reports.
