Sr. BSA- API / Salesforce / Data Integration
Logisiolve is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with salesforce experience. Must have strong experience in APIs, SQL, data mapping, and Salesforce. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent business acumen, strong stakeholder communication skills, and deep experience translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.The ideal candidate combines traditional Business Analyst capabilities with hands-on technical expertise and a passion for driving Agile best practices across teams.Duration: 6 months-contract to hireCompensation: $70.00-$80.00/hr. W2-plus full benefits (medical, dental, etc.)Hybrid: 4 days a week-Minneapolis, MN-must be local at the time of applicationKey ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirementsLead requirements elicitation sessions, workshops, and process discovery meetingsTranslate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data mappingsCollaborate with engineering and integration teams on API-related initiatives and system integrationsPerform complex SQL queries and data analysis to support troubleshooting, validation, and reporting effortsDevelop and maintain detailed data mapping documentation between enterprise systemsSupport and enhance Salesforce-related business processes and integrationsFacilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectivesHelp guide teams toward stronger Agile delivery practices and continuous improvementManage work items, requirements, and documentation using JIRA and ConfluenceServe as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutionsRequired Qualifications7+ years of Business Systems Analysis or Business Analysis experienceStrong experience with APIs, integrations, and data mappingAdvanced SQL skills with the ability to analyze and validate complex datasetsExperience working with Salesforce platforms and integrationsProven expertise in requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder managementStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologiesHands-on experience with JIRA and ConfluenceExcellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work cross-functionally in fast-paced enterprise environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiativesFamiliarity with system integration platforms and middleware technologiesExperience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environmentsSalesforce certifications or BA certifications are a plus
