K-5 Homeroom Teacher

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a K-5 Homeroom Teacher, based in Frisco, TX. The teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing effective lesson plans, delivering engaging and age-appropriate instruction, and fostering a positive classroom environment. Additional responsibilities include assessing student progress, maintaining open communication with parents, supporting students' social and emotional growth, and collaborating with colleagues to align curricula and teaching strategies. The teacher will also participate in professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and effectiveness in the classroom. Qualifications Proficiency in Lesson Planning and effective classroom managementStrong foundation in Education and experience in Teaching for K-5 levelsExceptional Communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience in Training and mentoring young learnersCommitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environmentBachelor's degree in Education or a related field; certification in teaching is preferredFamiliarity with Islamic values and culture to create a holistic learning experienceAbility to work collaboratively with parents, colleagues, and school leadership
