Locum - Nurse Practitioner - General Medicine AR

General Medicine Providers Needed Veterans Evaluation Services (VES), a Maximus company, is seeking General Medicine Providers to perform Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments across the country. Current openings: Arkadelphia - 2 days per week needed Pine Bluff - 2 days per week needed Details: Please read the attached practice description to understand the role fully. VES is a government contractor helping our nation's Veterans. Need is on a PRN basis, ongoing Option to work ½ days (4-hours) and/or full days (8-hours) One-time non-treatment C&P exams + separation health assessments Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing, muscle strength testing No prescribing, no treatment Quick credentialing & onboarding Willing to accept these specialties: family medicine internal medicine orthopedic surgery anyone with a background in general medicine, or experience with compensation and pension Rate structure for presentations: Half-day rate - $600 flat rate for 4 hour shifts or less (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums, no OT) Daily rate - $1200 flat rate for 5 hour shifts or longer (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums, no OT) Bonus - one time bonus of $650 for completing all required training and performing first exams Local candidates only, travel included in rates Please note: Follow up administrative work will be required on a regular basis (addendums, medical opinions, and reading diagnostics). This will not be paid outside of the ½ day or full day rate. Client does not reimburse for DMA certifications or the portal training before starting.
