Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Job Description We're looking for an experienced Transaction Coordinator who understands investor transactions, assignments, novations, and working with title companies.A plus to this role is someone with hands-on experience assisting with heirship and probate-related transactions, including working with title companies, heirs, and attorneys to help clear title issues and move files to closing. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating sensitive family situations, gathering required documentation, and keeping all parties aligned throughout the process.This is a part-time, remote role with flexible hours, but you must be highly responsive during business hours and able to keep deals moving without delays.
