HBK Engineering is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving client success, generating new lines of business, and ensuring the success of active projects. Within the HBK Organization, the Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day management and development of business development initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction and the successful execution of projects. This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical and financial aspects of our work, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Our geospatial offerings include conventional survey, Remote Sensing including Imagery & LiDAR (TLS, UAS, mobile and Helicopter) and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE). HBK projects span the US, and our team is rapidly growing to support the increasing demand for our services.

Description:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Identify and generate new lines of business
Develop and implement strategies to expand business opportunities
Ensure the highest quality deliverables to our clients
Work cross-functionally with other departments to align activities and deliverables
Develop and monitor project execution plans to reconcile scope, financials, and schedule constraints
Identify project risks and support the development of mitigation strategies
Contribute to project productivity, quality, and progress
Support teams in planning, scheduling, and implementation of projects
Coach, mentor, and lead team members
Ensure adherence to Safety and Quality Assurance processes, resulting in the highest quality deliverables to our clients
Communicate effectively both within immediate team and across HBK Leadership team
Ensure team receives consistent messages and has clear understanding of business direction, strategy, and results
Attract and retain premiere talent through recruiting, mentoring, training, and other employee development activities
Provide positive leadership and teambuilding that will encourage employee engagement and maintain high morale
Communicate project successes and client feedback within the organization
Qualifications:
20+ years of utility industry experience
Previous Operations Manager Experience
Proven client development experience, managing professional services revenue streams of $10M+
Proven experience leading large scope projects and cross-functional teams of resources
Proven experience as a strategic business partner working with executive staff within the organization to develop and execute business development goals
Must be able to travel up to 50%
Valued skills and experiences:
Proficient in MS Office products
Proficient in Program Management system/products
Knowledge of Deltek system
