BAS Service Technician

Investment in our employees makes a difference in helping us reach our goals with opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.Responsibilities and Duties:Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC Controls at customer facilitiesService and preventative maintenance on assigned customer contractsInform management and customer(s) of job progress and issuesResearch and learn various controls systems as instructedOccasionally working with third-party contractors to accomplish a common goalAdhere to all active company safety policiesComplete timecards and trip reports in a timely manner utilizing company softwareOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:2+ years' work experience in the building automation, mechanical industry or relevant work experienceKnowledge in building automation systemsExperience working with LON, BACnet and Modbus CommunicationsKnowledgeable with sequence of operations for boilers, chillers, air-handling units, electrical equipment, motors, and other HVAC equipmentExperience with Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Distech, Siemens, Andover, Delta, or SchneiderIn addition, must have solid organizational and communication skills along with strong demonstration and presentation capabilities.
