The Accounting Manager will be responsible for day-to-day financial accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial reports to management.Qualifications5+ years of Accounting Manager/Controller/CFO work experienceProven experience managing and mentoring an accounting teamManaging day-to-day accounting operations with precision and confidenceOverseeing month-end and year-end close processesPreparing and analyzing financial statements, including P&LBuilding and managing the organization’s budget (and helping others understand it!)Providing oversight on employee compensation and commission structuresPartnering closely with external CPA to ensure compliance and accuracyActing as a trusted advisor to leadership—translating numbers into strategyFinancial Analysis and Data Interpretation skillsKnowledge of accounting standards and regulations (GAAP)Experience with financial software and tools (QuickBooks, Sage, Excel, etc.)Strong attention to detail and analytical skillsBachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA certification is a plus
