Program Manager – Supply Chain (PMO | AI-Driven Transformation)About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver AI-enabled efficiency initiatives within a global Supply Chain PMO.This role sits within a structured PMO environment and focuses on driving business process improvements, operational efficiency, and digital transformation across supply chain programs.You will partner closely with business teams and IS&T, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, execution, and stakeholder management, along with a passion for leveraging AI and automation to improve outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end supply chain programs from initiation to closurePartner with business and IT teams to define requirements and deliver solutionsDrive PMO governance, reporting, and program trackingMaintain status dashboards, risk logs, and executive reportingIdentify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues proactivelySupport business case development, ROI analysis, and KPIsLead process improvement and transformation initiatives (BPR)Facilitate testing, rollout, training, and post-implementation reviewsCommunicate effectively with executives and cross-functional stakeholdersLeverage AI tools and automation to improve PMO efficiency and reportingMust-Have Qualifications6+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Operations / Business OperationsStrong experience in Program or Project ManagementProven experience working within a PMO (Program Management Office)Hands-on experience with:Program governanceRisk & issue managementStatus reporting and dashboardsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work with cross-functional and global teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and environmentsExposure to AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation, or intelligent workflows)Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related fieldPreferred QualificationsExperience with SAP or other ERP systemsExperience using AI tools such as:Generative AI platformsAI-powered project management toolsFamiliarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologiesExperience driving digital transformation initiativesPMP, PgMP, or equivalent certificationWhat We’re Looking ForA self-starter who thrives in structured yet fast-paced environmentsSomeone who can balance strategy with executionA leader who embraces AI and innovation to drive efficiencyA strong communicator who can influence without authority
