Serves as willing, cooperative, informative, supportive guide for new employees.Minimum expectations for all the SPD contractors is to have a bioburden error rate of .1% or less on a monthly basis and a tray average (100 instruments per tray) of 20 per day. Assists in maintaining consistent and continuous work flow, providing superior customer service.
